[July 2nd, 2005]: So NOW you KNOW!
Muckafurgason was an Indie Rock band. However, they did use humor in a few of there songs, such as "You Ain't A Man" and "Sweetie Pie," which both preview the subversive humor that Wonder Showzen is so full of.Muckafurgason, and especially John Lee, are close friends of They Might Be Giants, who, in fact, have written a song called "John Lee Supertaster," about the same. Ironically, this song appears on their children's album, "No." Also, I'm pretty sure one of the child photos in the Wonder Showzen opening is a picture of John. Look at the picture on the MF site and watch the intro closely, I think you'll know which one I mean.
